How does it work?
After a consultation either in person or telephone conversation we can arrange an initial assessment.
What happens in an assessment?
I weigh you and using non invasive methods I collate your body compositions such as fat percentages, lean tissue etc.
Then I do a postural and bio mechanical assessment to determine your functionality.
Following this a passive assessment to determine your ranges of motion, such as muscle tightness.
Other tests include blood pressure.
I then collate all your data from the assessments giving me the information I need to design a suitable programme tailored specifically for you indicating exactly what you should and shouldn’t be doing.
Whats the private studio like?
A fully equipped heated private studio with plenty of equipment available. Changing room, toilet and shower, allocated private onsite parking spaces and outdoor training.
How does it work at the YMCA?
There is an initial gym induction followed by a monthly subscription( www.ymcaeastsurrey.org.uk).
Then you are able to use the gym and attend one of the many classes available.
You can also then personal train with myself at an additional cost.
You can benefit from gym sessions with me and my tailored programmes to complimenting these with the various additional classes available to you as a member.
Onsite parking, showers and changing facilities.
How long is a session?
Sessions are typically one hour.
Where are the gyms?
The private studio is situated between Redhill and Horley down Meath Green Lane, RH6 8JA.
The YMCA is in Princes Road Earlswood Redhill, RH6 6JJ.
What times are you available?
I am available from 6am till 9pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays all day.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, of course, you can work out individually or with friends.
How do I pay?
You can choose either bank transfer, cash or cheque and have the option of paying as you go or paying in blocks. There would be a discount applied to block payments.
